FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will this hose suit my brewery setup?

Yes — Vintner Reserve is designed specifically for brewery transfer applications, including suction, discharge, and CIP.

If you're unsure on length, fittings, or configuration, our team can help you spec the right hose for your system.

What fittings are available?

We offer a full range including standard Tri-Clamp, BSM (RJT or CIP), Camlock, BSP and more.

All assemblies are built in-house to suit your exact requirements — just select your options or contact us if you need something specific.

How long will the hose last?

Vintner Reserve is built for long service life in demanding brewery environments.

With proper care, it will significantly outlast cheaper hoses that kink, collapse, or degrade under cleaning cycles. We have seen 10 years in a commercial brewery with Vintner Reserve.

Why not use traditional wire reinforced hose?

Wire reinforced hoses create more problems than they solve in brewery environments.

Once they kink, they don’t recover — they stay flattened and restrict flow.
Dragged hoses can wear through to the wire, creating a serious handling hazard.
They’re heavier, harder to handle, and lose performance as soon as they’re damaged.

Vintner Reserve uses a monofilament helix instead.

It’s lighter, more flexible, and if it gets flattened or knocked around — it bounces back into shape and keeps performing.

That’s why it’s the preferred choice for real brewery use.

Can it handle CIP and cleaning chemicals?

Yes — Vintner Reserve is built to handle standard CIP processes, cleaning chemicals, and regular washdown.

Always follow recommended chemical compatibility guidelines for best performance and longevity.

How fast will my order be ready?

Most hose assemblies are built and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

We keep things moving — if you need it urgently, contact us and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

No problem — we help breweries spec hoses every day.

Reach out with your setup and we’ll recommend the right length, fittings, and configuration to suit your application.
