RETURNS
These are Returns Conditions of TASMANIAN HOSE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD trading as BREW HOSE (ABN 81 652 732) (“BREW HOSE”, “we”, “us”) on our website located at www.brewhose.com.au, which is owned and operated by us (Website). These Terms and Conditions also incorporate our Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, all of which can be found on our Website.
Please read these conditions carefully, as they apply to all transactions between us and can only be waived or varied in writing signed by us. By proceeding with a purchase on our Website, you’re indicating to us that you’ve read, understood and agreed to these conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about our conditions or Website, or any purchase you make through the Website, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
- REFUND PROCEDURE
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service department at sales@brewhose.com.au, so they can identify the issue and provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA). No product can be returned without an RGA number attached. You may return an item if it is within 30 days of the purchase date.
All hose assemblies are non-returnable unless it is our mistake. All other products come with a 30 day return policy, if they are in brand new condition and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The refund will be issued once the item is received with proper documentation and is approved by our team.
Please note: Any returns sent without a valid RGA number will be returned to sender and no credit will be issued.
