Tri-Clamp 3-Way Ball Valve (T-Port) | 304 Stainless Steel

Product Description

304 Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp (Tri-Clover) 3-Way Ball Valve – T-Port designed for sanitary flow diversion, mixing and routing in breweries, wineries, distilleries, dairies and food-processing plants. Built with a polished stainless body and Tri-Clamp ferrules for fast installation and hygienic performance.

Why This Fitting Type?

A 3-way T-port ball valve is the most efficient sanitary solution for directing flow between multiple lines without disconnecting hoses or reconfiguring pipework. The T-shaped internal bore allows routing between any two ports or all three simultaneously, depending on handle orientation.

  • Provides up to four flow patterns — mix, divert, or run in-line.
  • Eliminates the need for multiple valves in multi-direction systems.
  • Quick quarter-turn operation for fast, reliable switching.
  • Sanitary Tri-Clamp ends allow easy removal for cleaning and CIP.

Important Notes

  • Cannot fully shut off all three ports at once — not a total isolation valve.
  • T-Port configuration is designed for diversion and mixing, not 3-way shutoff.

Key Features

  • Constructed from 304 stainless steel with polished sanitary finish.
  • Meets 3A, ISO and DIN hygienic standards.
  • PTFE ball seats for smooth operation and chemical resistance.
  • Tri-Clamp ferrules for simple installation and reconfiguration.
  • Available in common TC sizes (variant selectable).

Common Applications

  • Directing flow between tanks, lines or vessels
  • CIP loop diverter or selector valve
  • Mixing product streams in brewing and beverage production
  • Transferring between fermenters or conditioning tanks

Each Tri-Clamp 3-way T-port ball valve delivers a hygienic, flexible and corrosion-resistant flow path for multi-line routing in modern sanitary processing setups.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take to receive my order?

Providing the product is in stock, most hose orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically ranges from 1–7 business days Australia-wide. If you’re on a tight deadline, get in touch — we’ll do what we can to fast-track it.

What warranty do you offer?

All hoses are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, which is typically 12 months from the purchase date. This does not cover incorrect application, misuse, or installation issues. If you’re unsure on suitability, just ask — we’re happy to help you get it right the first time.

What happens if I order the wrong hose?

If the hose has not been cut, it may be returned for a refund or exchange (conditions apply).

Once a hose has been cut to length, we cannot accept returns, so please double-check sizing and suitability before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re here to help.

What can I return?

We accept returns on unused, uncut hose in original condition within our return window.

Custom-cut lengths, cut hose, and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Can I buy wholesale or in bulk?

Yes — we supply trade customers, resellers, and OEMs. If you’re buying regularly or in volume, contact us for wholesale pricing and account setup.

Full Coil Pricing - Is it cheaper?

Coil lengths vary by hose type and manufacturer. We have created tiered discounts that provide far more cost effective pricing for coil quantities.

  • Barfell Hoses are typically 20mtr Coils
  • Continental Rubber Hoses are typically 30.48mtr Coils
  • Continental PVC Hoses are typically 30mtr Coils

If in doubt, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Can you make this into a ready-to-use hose assembly?

Yes — we specialise in complete hose assemblies. We can cut to length, fit ends, pressure test, and supply it ready to install.

If you’d prefer a finished hose instead of loose product, contact us or check out our ready-to-use hose kits.

Can you help me choose the right hose?

Absolutely. Choosing the wrong hose can be costly. If you’re unsure about pressure, temperature, bend radius, or compatibility, send us the details (or a photo) and we’ll point you in the right direction.
