Tri-Clamp Tee | 304 Stainless Steel

DESCRIPTION

304 Stainless Steel Tri-Clamp (Tri-Clover) Tee designed for hygienic process piping wherever flow needs to be split, combined or redirected. A staple fitting in breweries, wineries, distilleries, dairies and food-processing systems, offering full sanitary performance with easy assembly and cleaning.

Why This Fitting Type?

A Tri-Clamp tee allows you to create a sanitary three-way junction using Tri-Clamp ferrules on all ends. It acts as a compact, hygienic manifold point, enabling branch feeds, sample points, dosing lines or CIP injection without introducing threaded connections.

  • Provides a clean, crevice-free branching point in sanitary piping.
  • Allows smooth product distribution with minimal turbulence.
  • Easy to disassemble for cleaning, inspection or reconfiguration.
  • Maintains full hygienic flow throughout all three ferrule ports.

Key Features

  • Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish.
  • Complies with 3A, ISO and DIN sanitary standards.
  • Available in all standard Tri-Clamp sizes (variant selectable).
  • Compatible with all standard clamps and gasket materials.
  • Designed for pressures up to 10 bar (system dependent).

Common Applications

  • CIP injection lines and chemical dosing
  • Product splitting or combining in hygienic processing
  • Manifold building for brewery and winery equipment
  • Adding branch ports for sampling, temperature probes or gauges

Each Tri-Clamp tee provides a hygienic, versatile and corrosion-resistant solution for branching sanitary pipelines in modern food and beverage plants.

Care information

To ensure maximum service life and safe performance of your equipment, please follow these general care guidelines:

  • Clean after use – Rinse or CIP components to remove product, residue or cleaning chemicals.
  • Avoid kinks, crushing or sharp bends – Protect hoses and assemblies from mechanical damage.
  • Store correctly – Hang hoses or reels where possible; keep fittings and clamps dry and off the floor.
  • Inspect regularly – Check for wear, abrasion, loose clamps, damaged gaskets or compromised seals.
  • Use compatible cleaning chemicals – Follow manufacturer guidelines for caustic, acid or sanitiser exposure.
  • Protect from high heat / UV – Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, heaters or hot surfaces unless rated for it.
  • Depressurise before disconnecting – Always release system pressure before removing hoses or fittings.
  • Replace worn components promptly – Gaskets, clamps, seals and hose ends should be renewed as needed.

Proper routine care extends lifespan, improves hygiene and ensures safe, reliable operation across all brewery, winery, distillery and food-processing environments.
