Ramex Stainless Steel Spring Rewind Hose Reels – AV Series
The Ramex AV Series Stainless Steel Spring Rewind Hose Reels are designed for demanding industrial, washdown and food-grade environments where durability, safety and corrosion resistance are critical. Fully manufactured in Italy, the AV Series offers a wide range of reel configurations to suit air, water, washdown and fluid transfer applications across breweries, food production facilities, workshops and industrial sites.
Built with high-quality stainless steel construction and stainless swivels, these retractable hose reels provide reliable hose management while helping improve workplace safety and hose longevity. Optional high brake and closed plate configurations are also available for applications with increased OH&S requirements.
The AV Series includes multiple reel sizes and capacities including the AV1000, AV1100, HR3400, AV1120 and AV1300, giving you flexibility across low and high-pressure applications.

Add a complete ready-to-use hose assembly to your reel with premium Continental Fortress Blue washdown hose fitted to the reel's maximum capacity length. Each hose assembly is professionally built and pressure tested for demanding brewery and industrial washdown applications.

All hoses are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, which is typically 12 months from the purchase date. This does not cover incorrect application, misuse, or installation issues. If you’re unsure on suitability, just ask — we’re happy to help you get it right the first time.

If the hose has not been cut, it may be returned for a refund or exchange (conditions apply).
Once a hose has been cut to length, we cannot accept returns, so please double-check sizing and suitability before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re here to help.

Custom-cut lengths, cut hose, and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
