Our opaque reinforced silicone pressure hose is a versatile, high-performance option for commercial breweries, distilleries and food-processing environments. Designed to handle elevated temperatures and moderate pressure, this hose is ideal for hot water transfer, product handling, pump connections and process lines where flexibility and purity are essential.

Silicone hose offers superior softness and bendability compared to PVC or rubber, making it easier to work with in tight spaces and around equipment. It imparts no taste, odor or contamination, ensuring product integrity in sensitive beverage applications.

To ensure maximum service life and safe performance of your equipment, please follow these general care guidelines:

• Clean after use – Rinse or CIP components to remove product, residue or cleaning chemicals.
• Avoid kinks, crushing or sharp bends – Protect hoses and assemblies from mechanical damage.
• Store correctly – Hang hoses or reels where possible; keep fittings and clamps dry and off the floor.
• Inspect regularly – Check for wear, abrasion, loose clamps, damaged gaskets or compromised seals.
• Use compatible cleaning chemicals – Follow manufacturer guidelines for caustic, acid or sanitiser exposure.
• Protect from high heat / UV – Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, heaters or hot surfaces unless rated for it.
• Depressurise before disconnecting – Always release system pressure before removing hoses or fittings.
• Replace worn components promptly – Gaskets, clamps, seals and hose ends should be renewed as needed.
