IVG Vinoflex Easy Wine Transfer Hose | Lightweight Food Grade Suction & Delivery Hose

Product Description

Lightweight. Flexible. Built for the Winery.

The IVG Vinoflex Easy has become one of Europe's best-selling wine transfer hoses for good reason. Designed specifically for the suction and delivery of wine, juice and alcohols up to 96%, it combines exceptional flexibility with a robust food-grade construction, making it ideal wherever operators are constantly moving hoses throughout a winery or beverage production facility.

Compared to heavier food-grade suction hoses, the Vinoflex Easy features IVG's unique EasyShell® low-friction thermoplastic cover, allowing the hose to slide easily across floors, platforms and tanks while remaining highly resistant to weathering and everyday abrasion.

Its lightweight construction and tighter bend radius make it an excellent choice for swing arms, cellar operations, tank transfers and applications where operator comfort is just as important as product performance.

Why We Recommend Vinoflex Easy

Where maximum flexibility is required—particularly on swing arms, mobile transfer systems or where operators are continually repositioning hoses—we often recommend Vinoflex Easy over heavier food-grade suction hoses.

Its lighter construction, lower friction cover and tighter bend radius make it one of the easiest food-grade suction hoses to handle while still maintaining full suction capability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Scotland LL NY best used for?

Scotland LL NY is designed for everyday brewery transfer.

It’s ideal for wort and beer transfer where flexibility, ease of handling, and efficiency matter most.

What’s the difference between Scotland LL NY and Vintner Reserve?

Both hoses are robust, pliable and crush resistant.

The main difference is EPDM vs Butyl Rubber Tube. Both are widely used in commercial breweries, but the difference can be explained simply as:

EPDM and Butyl are both food-grade rubbers used in brewery hoses, but they behave a bit differently: EPDM is more versatile and widely used, offering excellent resistance to heat, chemicals, and CIP cycles, making it ideal for hot water, cleaning solutions, and general brewery use; Butyl, on the other hand, has a smoother, less porous inner liner with superior resistance to flavour absorption and oxygen permeation, making it better suited for preserving product purity in sensitive applications like beer and beverage transfer.

Is Scotland LL NY kink resistant?

Yes — Scotland LL NY uses a monofilament helix that is crush resistant and helps the hose recover its shape if bent.

Unlike traditional wire-reinforced hoses, it maintains flow and is easier to work with during daily use.

Will the lower pressure rating be an issue?

For most brewery transfer applications, 150 PSI is more than sufficient.

How fast will my order be ready?

Most hose assemblies are built and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

We keep things moving — if you need it urgently, contact us and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

No problem — we help breweries spec hoses every day.
