316 Stainless Steel Equal Socket BSP
DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
316 Stainless Steel BSP Equal Socket designed for hygienic, corrosion-resistant plumbing connections in food & beverage processing, marine environments and other corrosive industrial applications. Manufactured from premium 316 stainless steel for long service life and leak-free performance.

What This Fitting Does
An equal socket is used to join two male BSP-threaded components of the same size. It provides a secure, female-to-female coupling for extending pipe runs, connecting washdown equipment or adapting threaded fittings inline.
Why Choose an Equal Socket?
- Creates a strong female-to-female connection for joining male BSP fittings.
- Full-depth threading provides excellent sealing and pressure integrity.
- Ideal for extending or modifying pipework without complex adapters.
- Uniform bore maintains flow efficiency and reduces turbulence.

Material Advantages - 316 Stainless Steel
- Exceptional corrosion resistance to chemicals, cleaning agents and saltwater.
- Fully suitable for breweries, wineries, dairies, distilleries and food-processing systems.
- Perfect for marine and high-corrosion environments.
- Maintains integrity under heat, pressure and repeated sanitation cycles.
